Welcome to the web site (the “Site”) of Xi’An Rui Jian Software Ltd. (“XARROW”, “Company” “we”, “us” and/or “our”). This Site is operated by XARROW and has been created to provide information about our company and to provide access to information about our products and services, In addition, the Site may provide access to available product downloads, demos, updates, enhancements, and new features. This Privacy Policy sets forth XARROW’ policy with respect to information including personally identifiable data (“Personal Data”) and other information that is collected from Site visitors.

At XARROW, we are committed to protecting your privacy and to providing technology that gives you a secure online experience. You can travel through most of our Site without giving us any information about yourself. But sometimes, we do need information in order to provide services that you request, and this statement of privacy explains data collection and use in those situations. We may use the information you provide us to inform our employees and also, XARROW affiliates and authorized Representative and Distributor channels of your interest in our products, as well as to inform you of product updates, upcoming seminars and other valuable information regarding XARROW and its products.

XARROW is not in the business of selling your information. We consider this information to be a vital part of our relationship with you. There are, however, certain circumstances in which we may share your Personal Data with certain third parties without further notice to you, as set forth below:

Exclusions:
